The scientific team developing the PBS-Bio technology has its origin in the Cancer Genetics Branch of the National Human Genome Research Institute at the National Institutes of Health and the later founded Translational Genomics Research Institute (TGen) in Phoenix, Arizona.
TGen is developing the PBS-Bio technology under agreement with PBS-Bio. PBS-Bio has rights to an exclusive, worldwide license for commercialization of the technology in cancer treatment. TGen will benefit from both equity and royalties on revenue.
